Minghin by letvar - Privacy Policy

Information pursuant to Articles 13 and 14 of EU Regulation No. 679/2016 ("GDPR") and Law No. 171 of 21 December 2018 of the Republic of San Marino ("Law 171/2018") on the processing of personal data

This privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") applies to the processing of personal data collected through the app Minghin (hereinafter referred to as the "App") by the company letvar srl (hereinafter referred to as the "Controller"), as the data controller, with registered office at Via Ventotto Luglio 99, 47893, Borgo Maggiore, Republic of San Marino.

The Policy is provided in accordance with EU Regulation No. 679/2016 ("GDPR"), the subsequent national implementing provisions ("Applicable Law"), and Law No. 171 of 21 December 2018 of the Republic of San Marino ("Law 171/2018").

2 > Nature of data and purposes of processing

- Data voluntarily provided by the user: sending an email to the addresses mentioned on this app is an optional, explicit, and voluntary action. This involves the management of the sender's email address and the information included in the email in order to provide a response to the user's request. Please avoid sending personal data of third parties that is not strictly necessary.

No other personal data is collected through the App. Crash reports and installation analytics are collected anonymously by Apple and the App Store and sent to the Controller.

3 > Legal basis for data processing and purposes

The Personal Data collected is processed in order to respond to requests sent by users of the App. The user is free to provide their Personal Data to the Controller via email to the addresses indicated, on an optional, explicit, and voluntary basis. Failure to provide the data may prevent the Controller from providing the requested service.

4 > Data processing methods

The processing of Personal Data is carried out through manual, computerized, or telematic tools suitable to guarantee security and confidentiality. It will be carried out by personnel duly trained to comply with the Applicable Law. The App contains links to external websites managed by other data controllers. The Company disclaims any responsibility for errors and violations of the Applicable Law by apps not managed by the Company itself.

5 > Disclosure of Personal Data

The Personal Data collected through the App is not subject to disclosure.

6 > Data retention period

Personal data is stored for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, in compliance with legal requirements.

You have the right to exercise the rights recognized by the Applicable Law. In particular, you have the right to:

If you believe that the response to your requests has not been satisfactory, you can file a formal complaint with the competent national Data Protection Authority - for San Marino, the Data Protection Authority - as provided by the Applicable Law.

8 > Policy updates

This document constitutes the Privacy Policy of the App, which may be subject to possible changes and updates. The data controller undertakes to inform the users of the App in case of updates.
